Shipping Requirements! It is necessary for your dog to be accompanied by a veterinarian-issued, current (no more than 10 days old) Health Certificate! Any dog(s) over 50lbs will require a owner-supplied kennel! We will not transport any scarred-up dogs unless the dogs injuries, treatment and wellness for travel are documented by a licensed veterinarian on an accompanying health certificate! Delivery Requirements! Very Important! Be Prompt so that we can meet our scheduling obligations! It is essential that you are available to receive your pet at the appointed time! You should view this obligation with the same degree of urgency as catching a plane! Just as a plane full of passengers can't be delayed by one tardy passenger, a van filled with pets can't be delayed! Therefore: We allow a maximum 30 minute grace period for your availability at the agreed upon time and place for delivery. If you are not available within 30 minutes, we will wait an additional 30 minutes, but a $50 late fee will be assessed! Tardiness beyond 60 minutes will result in re-scheduling and a second transport fee!
